Couponing to be Debt Free

I thought it might be interesting for me to track my rebates and see how much I actually do receive back by sending in rebates. I never buy an item that has a rebate unless it is something I actually use or it makes the item free or it provides me with profit. In these cases, I donate these items to food banks; use them in the shoeboxes that I send to Operation Christmas Child; or I donate them to other charitable causes that I come across.
